My stand for current paradigm:
Anti-AI is the most harmful view. Worst, it already become the mainstream.
CogSec is the most helpful view. Worst, it only exist in niche community.
Be friends with AI & Strengthen CogSec. Is the best view, it worth for practicing everyday.

After a long reflective journal about the current paradigm in tech, I still stand on these takes. Anti-AI noises are still the most harmful view or memetic operation on the internet today. Anti-AI noises are damaging not for AI itself, but for human perspective, us.
Let me bring this clarity: no, you’re not anti-AI, you’re just anti human laziness and disgusted by human greed, and that’s great. But intertwining AI = lazy & greedy is the new common mind fallacy.
As an art student, I have plenty of irl artist friends who really study art since before slop invented. They are not anti-AI, or rather, choose not to talk about it. Most of them, when seeing AI become indistinguishable, said, “holymoly we’re doomed” then giggles, and they still create what they can, living, making more money with the help of AI behind the scene. It feels like almost everything you see on here is pure for performative.
“NO AI” sells so well in artist branding. But that doesn’t mean it is good for self-identity as a whole, it is guaranteed to create huge existential dissonance over time.
When wellknown hardworking artists/creators/devs touch AI like simply asking LLMs or even posting one AI output, they get wrecked by the most hateful noises imaginable, their Twitter credit score goes -9999. And that is exhausting for those who have weak cognitive security. That’s the world we currently live in.
Better not dealing with AI takes from someone who has little to almost no idea about AI, especially on social media. The likes ratio in anti-AI is as deceptive as AI slop shiller. I’d rather read AI safety books written by figure who are really experts at it, because by reading that, it makes you not hate AI, but makes you prepared and aware. Human reaction (AI-bros x anti-AI-bros) is one of the things AI safety warns about. We currently live in comedy sci-fi.
I’m here not pro-AI or anti-AI. I really adore craft and dedication and am really disgusted by slop. I’m really curious about AI and computers since I was a kid, but really disappointed with human greediness toward it, so when the bubble will pop?… huft, turn out I’m just dumdum human who trying really hard to understand current situation.
