Get super curious of chinese Linux.. So I test Deepin, openKylin, UOS, GXDE. they’re pretty ngl, especially Deepin. I like the default built-in local Deepseek. Cleverly make Debian immutable with OStree. And they also make their own universal sandboxed package Linyaps better than Flatpak.
My experience in their default is 5x better than Windows with Copilot without even need to sign-in. It clean, and it just works™
I don’t get why majority of west world Linux is opposed to almost all form of clanker, even though it has open weight and runs locally? On the other side, there is a nation with open source as their national pride.
Think about it, Linux backed by huge state + huge corps like Tencent, Huawei, and Alibaba is such a bonker.
If in the future Linux usage go soared up, I bet on unspoken tale behind the great wall.
