Me imagine writing realistic romcom set in the gen alpha. Like, what would it even look like when they’re growing up in a time where everyone runs on llms and algorithms?
Would all those old school life stories from before 2025s become totally obsolete for them? since they just can’t relate anymore to how humans used to communicate?
When chatbot are fully distributed and gen alpha get exposed to them as soon as they can read and write, say in elementary school.. When its become the perfect iteration of a human inside kids brains.. How will an entire generation even talk or see to each other?
I imagine they’ll talk even more alien than skibiditungtung, rizzing and confessing to their crush… like, ano, etto, would you be my beepbeepboopboop…
It’s absurd to imagine.
When talk about acceleration and distribution, don’t forget about innocent curious brains… Are there any sci-fi where teens already rely with chatbot in their phones, not in dystopian but more on the funny side?
I think people in their 20s right now are the last stronghold of humanity that still has any original thoughts left.
This makes me wonder: If we want to save future, we should distribute good, relatable media and stories for teens.
Said One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, MHA, JJK, etc, but set in a society shaped by the current paradigm of AI.
If none of that gets distributed, since any old media becomes unrelatable to them, slop-virality will become the main source and foundation of their attention and psyche.
If we let extreme dystopian views like anti-AI dominate while access to tools is already easy available to everyone, it guarantees to create doom.
If nothing changes, sorry, we will decay and move toward a dark, meaninglack future.
C’mon, trillions of dollars just to create a godlike machine, but not a single million to make good propaganda like anime or series that makes future humanity hopeful with its product, is blatant stupid.
